Ortodontien og pedodontien er under forandring. Nytt regelverk og takster trådte i kraft fra 1.1.2020. Samfunnets forventninger til estetikk og funksjon er store, noe som gjør det nødvendig å ta hensyn til dette og tenke fremover. Forbedringer, ny teknologi og forskning gir oss nye muligheter.
Technomedics ønsker å presentere et nytt produkt: AMCOP BIO-AKTIVATOR.
AMCOP kommer fra det solide dentalselskapet Micerium, som har produsert og eksportert innovative kvalitetsprodukter siden 1977 med hovedfokus på kjeveortopedi. I Norge er Micerium mest kjent for sine gode komposittmaterialer.
AMCOP bio-aktivator er designet for å guide vekst og utvikling av kjeve og tannbue i rett posisjon. Silikonenheten vil i bruk stimulere pasientens egen muskulatur, tunge og kjeve. Aktiviseringen vil korrigere kjevens tilvekstmønster og bidra til normal utvikling av kjeve og tannbue. Denne type behandling er grundig dokumentert over flere tiår. Man behandler både primær-, veksel- og permanente bitt. Bio-aktivatorer er en effektiv og økonomisk behandlingsform for ulike bittavvik, spesielt utviklet for tidlig-behandling. Dette handler om å tilrettelegge, og fjerne årsaker som ødelegger eller hindrer en god bittfunksjon. Oppfølging etter mange år viser stabilt resultat når det gjelder funksjon og estetikk.

DDS Filippo Cardarelli. Graduated with honors in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics. Specialized with Honors in Orthodontics at the University of Milan. Subject lecturer in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Milan. Author of publications in national and international journals. He holds courses and conferences where he presents his working method. Author of a new orthodontic technique in developmental age: Elastodontic Therapy. Freelancer in Isernia, Florence and Bologna and Milan, Chiasso (CH), deals exclusively with orthodontics and aesthetic dentistry, collaborates with specialists in other disciplines to solve particularly complex cases. He collaborates with Dr. Lorenzo Vanini to solve particularly complex orthodontic cases to be treated with Elastodontic Therapy.
